RPM Innovation Center of Excellence The Innovation Center of Excellence (ICE) is a state-of-the-art research and development facility designed to foster collaboration and harness the collective expertise found across our businesses. ICE is home to many of the industry’s most brilliant chemists and technical minds and is strategically located near institutions that produce top talent. This facility features liquid and powder application labs, resin and analytical labs, a sample production area, and a formulation lab, among other resources.
